Payment & Subscription

• Fees are charged according to the selected plan.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• No refunds except as described in the Refund Policy.

Account Suspension

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abusive behavior
  • Violation of laws or platform rules
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks

Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for hiring outcomes, job offers, or employer decisions.
• Katana is provided “as-is,” with no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
